Protective mask mandatory

Passengers are obliged to wear a protective mask, such as medical masks, handmade masks, bandanas (“buff”) or scarves. (Communication from the Luxembourg Governement, 16th April 2020)


International travel:
Wearing a protective mask is also mandatory for travel to Belgium, Germany and France. Please see the links below for more information concerning the special measures taken in response to COVID-19:

National and international traffic plan

Adaptations to the traffic plan are made on the neighbouring rail networks. Please check our online timetable search on the day of travel.
For information about train timetables, the CFL invites passengers to check, or the apps CFL mobile and CFL International. For further information, travelers can contact the Call Center on (+352) 2489 2489. This service is available 7 days a week, from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 am to 9.30 pm and Sundays and public holidays from 8.00 am to 9.30 pm.

Information and sales centres at Luxembourg Central Station and Belval-Université

Every day, from 5.00 am to 8.45 pm, the counters of the reception and sales centre at Luxembourg Central Station are available to welcome, inform and sell tickets.

At Belval-Université, information and ticket sales are available from Monday to Friday from 6.15 am to 7.45 pm.

Left-luggage office and lost property office

The left-luggage office at Luxembourg Central Station is available to customers every day from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm.

The lost property office is open 7 days a week, from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. Lost something? Do not hesitate to fill out our online form
