The Festival of the Golden Landscape in Wiltz

On the occasion of the 76th edition of the traditional “Geenzefest” (Broom Festival), a unique festive atmosphere awaits you on Whit Monday, 25 May 2026, in the heart of the Ardennes, in Wiltz.

This popular folkloric event offers wonderful discoveries for visitors of all ages. The programme includes exhibitions at the castle, the Broom Market, a wide range of activities, and, as the highlight of the day, the grand flower parade featuring impressive floats, dance groups and vibrant marching bands.

Another key moment of the celebration is the presentation of the new Broom Queen, a long-standing and much-anticipated tradition.

Getting there is easy and convenient: trains run every 30 minutes throughout the day between Kautenbach and Wiltz, with connections to the Luxembourg – Ettelbruck – Troisvierges – Gouvy railway line.
