Subsidiaries

As a company operating internationally, the CFL Group relies, on the extensive know-how of its subsidiaries. With 22 subsidiaries, our company operates in various fields, such as public transport in the North of Germany, the supply of logistics and freight transport services, individual travel planning and advice, real estate infrastructure management for the State or for the CFL and the management and operation of an innovative car sharing service. All the elements of our Group are brought together by being customer centric and their common values.

CFL cargo

CFL cargo was born from the merger between the freight division of the CFL and the internal transport department of ArcelorMittal's Luxembourg production sites.

CFL Evasion

Since 1999, CFL-Evasion, a wholly-owned CFL Group subsidiary, supports its customers in planning and booking of their trips.

CFL mobility

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CFL Group, CFL mobility is responsible for managing the CFL's carsharing offer, Flex, which is available at over thirty stations across the Grand Duchy.

CFL multimodal

The CFL multimodal group is a service provider that covers the entire multimodal supply chain.

Lorry rail

Lorry-Rail's purpose is to promote, market and operate unaccompanied rail highway services (semi-trailers only).

NEG Niebüll

In addition to its freight subsidiaries in France, Sweden and Denmark, the CFL Group also owns a passenger rail company in northern Germany.
