At a press conference held on Monday, 15 June 2026, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CFL’s Executive Management presented the Group’s annual results for 2025 and unveiled the Annual Report covering the Group’s activities, in line with European sustainability requirements.
The press conference provided an opportunity to place the year’s key achievements and performance in the context of the Group’s strategy and a historic investment program, aimed at ensuring the CFL remains the preferred mobility provider in Luxembourg.
As part of the statutory renewal of the Board of Directors on the same day, the current Chairman, Jeannot Waringo, stepped down after 29 years in the role. During its first meeting that morning, the newly appointed Board of Directors designated Jean Paul Lickes as its new Chairman.
