As in the previous year, CFL began increasing the frequency of services on the Luxembourg–Ettelbruck–Troisvierges–Gouvy line in April and will continue to do so until 28 September 2025. Two trains per hour now run on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays along the entire Luxembourg – Ettelbruck – Troisvierges – Gouvy line, allowing passengers to take advantage of the many leisure opportunities in the north of the country, including those offered as part of LUGA, Luxembourg's first exhibition of urban gardens, temporary installations and agricultural projects.

For the “Vëlo via Norden,” RentaBike Ardennes rents bikes directly at the start and end points of the route (Troisvierges and Wilwerwiltz train stations). Take advantage of the option to do the route one way only and leave your bike at the finish. Use public transportation to return to your starting point. Please make your rental request in advance via:

Our tips:
Bicycle transport can only be guaranteed subject to availability on trains, and given the expected influx of cyclists on trains during weekends, it is strongly recommended that you plan an alternative timetable or connection throughout the Vëlosummer.

Before setting off, remember to check the timetables.

For your own safety and that of other passengers, access doors, corridors and access to the driver's cabin must be kept clear.

As a reminder, it is strictly forbidden to ride your two-wheeler on the platform or in the stations. Bicycles, like any other two-wheeled vehicle, must be hand-held.
