The purchase of renewable energy from the region
The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between the Enovos Group and the CFL, the first PPA of this size in Luxembourg, enables the purchase of green electricity from renewable energy generated in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Since the beginning of 2024, the Group has been covering around 15% of its electricity needs with the help of this PPA, which relates to energy generated in a photovoltaic park in the municipality of Südeifel in Germany. The volume purchased by the CFL amounts to 20 MW, saving 14,234 tonnes of CO2. As part of this PPA project, the CFL purchase renewable energy from the region and contributes to the economic development of the Greater Region.
