New DG: Start of the modernisation and extension of the headquarters building

The new building is part of the implementation of the "Working Worlds CFL 4.0" concept, which will provide 1,000 employees with a modern working environment that is tailored to the new, increasingly cross-divisional working methods. Using innovative, resource-conserving building technology (active floor slab, rainwater utilisation, photovoltaic systems), the CFL are aiming for international BREEAM certification (for office buildings) at the "Excellent" level and the highest certification ("Platinum") from the WELL Building Institute for the design of the workspaces.
