Our strategy

To meet the expectations of our customers

As the mobility partner of choice, the CFL Group is an integral part of its customers' professional and private lives. Over time, the customer offering of the Group's various activities was adapted on numerous occasions to take into account the impressive developments in the passenger and freight sectors. The number of passengers has increased by 85% in less than 20 years, at the same time the number of handlings in the multimodal hub and the number of goods transported by the freight subsidiaries has grown steadily in recent years.

Since the implementation of the first CFL Group strategy in 2015, customers have been at the centre of all our activities. Our corporate strategy has enabled us to address the common challenges identified (Read more about our challenges) and to move forward on multiple projects that have enabled us to seize opportunities to adapt our offerings to our customers' needs (Discover our completed projects). This was made possible in particular by the Luxembourg State's historic investment programme in rail infrastructure, which confirms the importance of rail in promoting sustainable mobility services.

To reflect the changes in the environments in which our activities take place, our 2021 strategy (Read more about our priorities) has been revised.

The strategy complements the General Policy of the Group.
