Redesign of the CFL website
Redesigned features for personalised customer service.
To offer users a personalised and tailor-made experience, the CFL has completely redesigned its website www.cfl.lu. Whether for passenger transport, logistics management or freight transport, this platform has an intuitive structure, more white space than its previous version, and has new features to meet the changing needs of a diverse clientele.
Created with the aim of evolving regularly, thanks to the integration of new features, the platform is already adapting to the different digital supports of the CFL customers.
The first version of the new platform, released in September 2019, features a simplified navigation, giving users more intuitive access to the various contents of the sites that have been separated to individually respond to specific customer requirements and requests.
A number of updates will follow shortly, with the implementation of additional functionalities to improve and further personalise the user experience, ie. the setting up of personal profiles. Sections entirely dedicated to members of the press as well as to people interested in the publications and media ressources of the CFL Group will be added. The CFL Group's freight activity website is also got a new look and includes new features, such as the simple online quote request for the various services in the fields of logistics and freight transport.
While the CFL group page offers, among other things, a brief presentation of the CFL Group's flagship projects, its history, its strategy, its mission, and even its values, the site dedicated to travelers offers, for its part, a simplified and efficient timetable search, thanks to a revamped tool. The same goes for the purchase of international tickets or the search of interesting travel offers.
Always on the look for new talent, the CFL Group has also taken advantage of the redesign to integrate the current job offers of its dedicated recruitment wesbite, www.jobscfl.lu.
